PRJ-CQUADS (codename)
PRJ-CQUADS is an early demo of a puzzle game built around one core object: the ColorQuad: a set of concentric color rings. The outermost ring is the active match color. Place a quad next to a matching color and it loses a ring, exposing the next color underneath. Chain matches, trigger cascades, and keep pace with the sweep, a periodic timer that resolves the whole board.
This demo covers the first ten levels of the campaign, each introducing one new mechanic or objective — roughly 15–20 minutes if you play through.
Solo-developed: code, audio, and design all handled end-to-end.
Currently in early playtesting: if you have a few minutes after playing, please fill the feedback form. It helps shape what comes next.
Controls
- Left/Right: move along the bottom row (reaching the edge rotates the grid)
- Up: drop the active quad
- Down: cycle the quad's ring colors
- Gamepad and touch supported
